I been working for the church Helping Hispanic Gang Members who wanna leave the life and Enter into Normal Society .. I usually deal with Latino Youths Who Just got out of Jail, Rehab, ect... & most of the time and they are trying to get their Lives Together.. I help them Get Clothes, a Nice outfit , good friends and Good food .. We hang out and chill , and talk about life.. We talk about the problems and I help them Find a way out .. TO this Day I have saved soo many Youths .. .. I lost a few they went back to jail , They die, They move away , sometimes that's a good thing .. You know alot of the other counselors are hard cases on the kids.. But im pretty cool , I don't really tell them what to do, Im not their dad , and im not the police .. They have to want change, They have to want a better life .. It's been one of the More satisfying things in my life, That and Helping Mentally Disabled Students Enter into normal Society .. those guys make me smile .. cuz with all the problems they have , they are always happy , they make me forget about anything i got wrong going you know.. Its a crazy life ..

I like Working for the church right now as a Counselor for at Risk gang Youths .. I been working for the church Helping Hispanic Gang Members who wanna leave the life and Enter into Normal Society ..we assists youth and adults at-risk in successfully “bridging” the transition to college and the workforce. The following information has been used to help identify key needs and issues in the area of helping youth involved with gangs assimilateback into society, from the viewpoint of community members.

I usually deal ONly with Latino Youths but hope to move on to Black, asian and Other race Gang members..But Hispanic Gang Members are Usually the ones I work with helping get out the mix... usually those... Who Just got out of Jail, Rehab, ect... & most of the time and they are trying to get their Lives Together.. I help them Get Clothes, a Nice outfit , good friends and Good food , I help them get a job , A girlfriend, a Place to live ..show they Positive things to do .. .. We hang out and chill , and talk about life.. We talk about the problems and I help them Find a way out .. TO this Day I have saved soo many Youths .. ..
